are the injuries sustained because of.....

the pitch

I saw an interview in the DFP with Sean O'Driscoll

he mentioned that the pitch doesn't help because the surface gets compacted and is very firm which is obviously not very ideal.

I think the belle vue pitch is much better to be honest when we was playing there, because from my reckoning the keepmoat pitch is so much astroturf when i think having it mostly turf would be better.

thoughts anyone??

Thoughts? I think I'll be writing to Ofsted to implore them to inspect your school's English department. There appears to be something going terribly wrong.

My thoughts:

Your post is a typical knee-jerk reaction to the fact we had two players injured last night. Like many others, you have put 2 and 2 together, and got 5. ie Blaming the notoriously hard pitch for last night's injuries. As has been stated by several on here, last night's injuries had nothing at all to do the the pitch.

Yes. Your spot on. The pitch is somewhere in the region of a certain percentage, made from astroturf.

I noticed that Hayter came straight on, without warming up! maybe this could have contributed to his injury......

I thought that only one player was injured (Hayter) Dumbuya had cramp does that count as an injury?
