I didn't make him man of the match though, thought Martis was by a country mile.

It's amazing how good Martis looks playing with Jimmy.

The defence in general looked solid tonight. A lot better than previous games this season...Dumbuya though, he keeps improving every minute he plays.

There was a Juventus scout at the game perhaps he was watching Muzzy.

He was a bit poor with the crossing though. Martis was MOTM for me

He was watching Andy Hughes.

Dumbaya had a good game, misplaced a few crosses in the dying minutes but he looked knackard. Martis was my man of the match though, lets hope he never plays with Locky again.

for me the weakness in dumbaya tonite was the number of times
he just lumped the ball down the wing,to which leeds defence picked up all nite.

in that lumping act alone it type of goes kills off
rovers strengths as a passing team.

was he forced to play such balls due to way rovers were not
playing their normall style tonight.

Looks much better than when he got a game last season. I'm surprised by how well he has done. Long may it continue.

Agree with the concensus though - Martis was MOM.

I know it's early days but this lad has got to be worth tying down on a two year deal. He's definitely got something there, a bit raw still but he really looks like he could cut it at this level. Needs to work on his crossing if he wants to keep his place but can't fault his defending so far. Comes across as a nice lad too on Player so more power to him!

That song villa sing would be perfect for him...

Defensively martis looked a lot stronger but his passing was atrocious apart from 1 long field ball to copps in the 2nd half!! Jimmy was run ragged by Somma all nite to, we were lucky that Sully was on top of his game and that Sommas finishing was not better or the result would have been a lot different!!

Watched the second half on t' Internet. Martis looked rock solid in defence but his passes are about  as sophisticated as the passes that I used to try on fit lasses on a Friday neet after a gallon and a half.

Rapid, if he continues to improve as he has done and can learn the nuances of covering centre backs then he can make that spot his own. Our defence is looking a lot more complete by the game.
