Great idea, then we would have JOC, Martis, Hird, Lockwood, Webster fighting for one other position, plus Thomas when he comes back, brining in another CB is probably not top of SODs list right now!

when and thats a big when there all fit, Webster needs a long loan spell at a league 1/2 club to get some games, experience and match practice, hes decent on the ball but in the air and his positional sense is poor. If we are rigid and have good back for we will win games, we always create chances going foward its at the back we are ropey. Demerit is an international player with experience. Hird is lost for me since Matt Mills left, he'd be better either moving on or if sod put faith in him he be great for us sat in front of the back four, he'd break up play and give simple balls, which then will allow stocky to play more in there last third, wheres he's more effective.
Granted Hayter, isn't in Billys mode but he hasn't had much chance to play as and out and out forward since coming to the club really, he's always filled in mainly on the left. He's capable and willing if nothing else, maybe hayter is a guy who needs a big man to feed off, also bring waide back, get the lost mr brooker to the keepmoat and maybe just maybe between thoose three they can get billy's goals between them.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO do not play Hird in midfield!!!!!!!!!

Centre back i can take but he's completey out of his depth in midfield, dont you remember the Accrington match?
