Don't take this the wrong way, but I'm assuming you aren't on the board of West Ham, know anyone from the club, aren't on the Rovers board, know anyone from there personally, aren't an agent, are not a player, do not work for the FA, are not a journalist with lots of \"trustworthy\" contacts?

Ergo - you know as much about O Driscoll's dealings as next doors cat.

To be fair, although West Ham are shite, they are a massive club, and it's not beyond the realms of possibility that they would be looking at our excellent manager. But they've still got a manager in place so I'll be taking this one with a pinch of salt for now, regardless of its source.
