Speculation

This may have been asked before – if it has please ignore.

Just speculating, that if the fans favourite to take over from Dave Penney, Kevin Keegan, had taken over instead of Sean O’Driscoll as many people on this site would have preferred would we be a better side than we are now?  Would we be higher in the table, would we have been promoted the same as Blackpool has?

Personally I do not see us being a better side – I do not think that KK would have been able to do as much as SOD has. We would at times have seen more entertaining football but I do not see us being where we are today if he had taken over – I do not think we would have been able to beat Leeds in the Play-off final and I’m not sure KK would still be at the club.

Im not sure really. On the other hand had jose mourinho came here after porto instead of to Chelsea who knows? However i still think we would have been best trying to prise Arsene Wenger away from Arsenal as he is the only one i can think of who could have worked with the budget.

I think we'd still be in League 1. I can't stand Kevin Keegan as a manager, was pretty happy he was never really interested in coming here.

Never said we should go back to KK or DP JUST speculation (although some do not like speculation - which would make this forum a none event if it was banded) on how do you think we would be doing if KK had taken charge.
