If/When SOD stays or goes

Who do we think JR has as a back up as his replacement?

No one could really blame SOD if he went which i think has been acknowledged although i think we all realise that there is still alot for him to be able to achieve here, however if i was in his shoes i would be able to see the attraction in managing Sheff U for various reasons and have a difficult decision to make over leaving DRFC.

However sometimes people may find it brings out their best if having to work on a knife edge and in a high pressured job with greater expectations as a result that may be enough to sway him to go rather than bide his time with oursleves which will obviously take longer in building the fan base and a bigger stadium etc, despite the support JR gives him

I'm genuinley hoping he doesnt go but if he did is it Eddie Howe who is at Bournemouth? he has the same sort of philosphy as SOD so would be a seamless transition and in turn should be the sort of attraction to him as the blunts could be for SOD?

Just thoughts and if im honest id like to be sorted sooner rather than later as i get bored with the speculation and the longer it drags on the more disrupted things become.

No one has commented on the good news however which is that Stock is hoping for a new contract offer which is looking long term
