This Thursday evening we are holding \"Not the Royal Wedding (yet)\"... after 4/5 pints we will then walk the route of the procession and Berkshire Rover will hide out.  If he can somehow get into the abbey for the gig then that's the monarchy buggered I reckon.

We called in there  couple of weeks ago while we were in London. I had a very nice pint but I was just sick it was Sunday afternoon rather than a day when fellow supporters were meeting.

I shall indeed be there, sporting my royal wedding regalia to toast the happy couple. I did a spot check a couple of weeks ago and were pleased to see that they were re-grouting the paving outside the abbey, we don't want any nasty accidents do we?

Maybe you were in the Savoy a few doors down Idler.  Were the two Man City fans dark in hue and wearing flowing robes perchance?

No it was a lad just back from Afghanistan and his missus. I did think after that I might have fitted in better at the Savoy but at least now I can envisage you exiles sitting there discussing all things Rovers.
