Could let Leeds into the play-offs through the back-door if this all creates an extra berth.  Wonder what they'd think about 15 point deductions then?  Would Ken print the \"real\" league table in the programme then??... erm, probably not.

They are a London club. Of course they will get away with it. You can bet any money they will be in the premiership next season, maybe with a huge fine or points deducted next season but I bet they are promoted.

That can't happen can it? I thought if the offence was committed while in the FL and the club goes up (or the PL with the club coming down) I didn't think the FL (or PL) could do anything about it?

Didn't he score the winner against us at the KM? Well maybe we should do what it's suggesting on there and make a complaint, there's pur 1 point for safety sorted.

This is a minefield for the FA. The richest club in footballs history can afford far better lawyers than the FA and no doubt they will, after all promotion to the PL is worth about £80m. Cue a long drawn out legal battle, either QPR or those clubs who miss out if they get promoted. My money is on QPR being given a slap on the wrists and still going up, a large fine rather than points.

Who does the money from the fine go to?  If it's into the FA coffers, you can guess what the decision is likely to be.

A certain irony here too if that happened as Leeds would then be subjected to heavy investigations into their ownership as has already been threatened........
