Firstly i'd like to say I've done nothing but back SOD, but where do people think we were going with him this season?
You can't blame injuries for everything some of the football & results have  been dire & the feel good factor at the clubs been disappearing , just look back on this forum.

Get behind the club whoever is in charge & do what we all profess to be supporters! &  support  the club!

Precisely, I was all for keeping SOD, but when you look back at our results, performances, and poor run it does make you wonder how long we could have realistically carried on before this was going to happen.

I've said it on another thread but I welcome a change as much as I would welcome SOD to turn things round in his time. Yeah we had a good manager, but that era has now come to an end. Time to move on, and get behind our club.

I see what you are saying but surely your last sentence \"get behind the Club whoever is in charge etc\" is entirely at odds with the first 2/3 rds of your post
