I dislike the fact that SOD will ALWAYS be safe in his job, regardless of the circumstances. Not only because there might be a point where everyone but JR can see we need to get rid, but also because I think pressure on SOD would be a good thing at the moment. He needs to be under pressure to turn things around fairly soon before we're really in the shit!
