Firstly what has the ref actualy sent him off for on Saturday ? It's not 2 footed or over the ball? And secondly I've never been a fan of his, he's a league 1 player at best, but at the current moment in time I'd rather him than naylor and martis -.-

I probably had the same view as most and it looked like he tripped Foster - simple as that

... except the Ref had blown for a foul TO Rovers and as Foster continued running through Locky nailed him.

I think he was still fired up as he had protested long and hard about (what he saw) as the over the top tackle by their Number 2 some minutes before

It WAS a straight red, and to be honest the only positive to come from the game, Lockwood recieve a three match ban!

Will we then sing \"get Beye with a little help from my Friend\"?

Anyway, after only seeing in online, it looks like nothing more than a tackle with an over-zealous shoulder barge.  Not a sending off for me.

I'm sure it'll be lifted on appeal

And you obviously know more than Kieth Hill, Dean Saunders and various commentators who all say it should not  have been a red card

From the stands I didn't really have any complaints about it, it looked a sending off. Seemed to be a nasty cynical tackle after the whistle went. After watching it on tv though, I can't see how it warranted a red.

The ref should have done better, given he was stood right next to it.
