Sean O'driscoll is the reason we are in this mess.
1.Could only play one style of football that was predictable and easy to play against.
2.Couldn't defend set pieces or crosses in his five years.
3.Destroyed the youth set up that Dave Penny and Mickey Walker worked hard to set up and bring playerd through.
4.Didn't want to sign Sharp
5.Gave contracts to players because they were good to have around the training ground!Mark Wilson,Adam Lockwood,Sam Hird plus others over his tenure.
6.Had the best right back in the Championship and turned him in to a utility player and now his confidance has gone,James O'conner
7.His teams couldn't play againsr ten men,look at the stats its shocking.Barnsley away anybody?
8.Injurys ive never known another Rovers manager have these problems so his training methods leave alot to be desired.
9.He was just a boring bas**rd

First of all I obviously DO NOT want us to be relegated but i wish we still had a decent mangager. Sean was a great manager for us and I still believe he could be. The only attribute I felt Saunders had was being a good motivator but after 2 derbies and getting battered in both and rembering what the performances were like I dont even think he has that. He seems to have no clue on formation or tactics

How an earth can you blame SOD for the position we are currently in?! If it wasn't for him we would never have made it this far in the first place. The club has sold it's soul and all its credability this season. With SOD we had a legacy, a plan, a structure. Now we have so called stars like Ilunga, how an earth does he rob £28,000 a week at West Ham??

We will go absolutely nowhere with this fantasy plan. Expect a record low crowd on Saturday.

I don't want to make this a slight against anybody at the club, but I called a similar thing during and after the game. We've had 2 weeks off. 2 weeks knowing the Barnsley game is next. 2 weeks to know it's a big game for the club in many many ways. 2 weeks to work out the oppositions strengths and weaknesses. 2 weeks to work on tactics for that game. 2 weeks to name your best team. 2 weeks to know how you are going to play and then perfect it time and time again ready for the game.

I saw a team that looked like they've never played together before and didn't have a game plan or know what to do.

I'm a fair person and see the good in everything, but that is a fair assessment and not unjust, or anti any one person

I'm not sure there's a single person who went to the game yesterday who would disagree with you CR.

The atmosphere during and after the game among supporters was as low as it's been for many a year. What was so frustrating was the fact that there was obviously no plan (even an ineffective one) as to how we were going to play. The players looked scared. The tactics were non-existent. We didn't attempt to do anything. Even the hoofs from the back were half-arsed.

1. His style of play was the best seen, along with Swansea in League 1, and at times in the Championship (oh and I reckon his style of play helped us to get to the Championship)
2. Didn't want to sign Sharp? Why bring him in on a successful loan deal, which was a win-win situation for the club, and then spend £1.15million on him for him to score 15+ goals in a season.
3. Sam Hird, best player on the pitch vs Blackpool away, yet the new messiah overlooks him everyweek (even yesterday when taking Martis off for Lockwood) Lockwood did a job at League 1 comfortably, and to some extent in the Championship. Mark Wilson has done jobs when needed of him and these fans who lay the blame single handly on Wilson when something goes wrong when he's on the pitch need to think to themselves and remember that he's probably very good for morale purpose e.g. past teams he's played in and all the community work he does.
4. He was boring? So what? Its called a personality, maybe he might of been a bit chirpier if numbskulls like you weren't on his back for the majority of his tenure. Which by the way was a stint of 5 years which saw OUR club have its most successful period in 50 years.

Sean has gone and I thank him for everything he has ever done for this club, but we have a new manager now, I'm not his biggest fan, but I want us to stay up, so I suppose I'll support him!

Do you honestly think that he start a Saturday waking up with a photo of SOD nailed to the cieling, we then go downstairs and pray in front of our mirror's with an SOD picture attatched that the Rovers get absolutley mauled and end up relegated?

It's not a question of getting over SOD, it's more of showing the failures and sucesses of the new manager by making comparisons to our old manager, people who are 'against' the new regime will argue what SOD did and how he managed to get results immediatley and those behind Saunders will argue that it took a while for SOD to get things perfect here and Saunders should be shown the same patience.

What's worse is that you tell people to stop mentioning SOD's name (regardless whether it is for or against him) and you go on to make a chuffing list. But lets focus on that...

The same style of Football that won us the Johnstone's Paint trophy, we then had a very sucessful season finishing 3rd which included victories at Elland Road and the Liberty Stadium and destorying Southend in the play-offs, and we won promotion.

Then we went on to record victories at Pride Park, City Ground, St. Mary's, Bramall Lane, Bloomfield Road, Portman Road, Home Park, Hillsbrough, I could go on, but i think I have made my point.

Adam Lockwood has been a consistent defender for us since his time here, he was a solid rock in League one and captained us for half of the season. Sam Hird again became a defensive gem during in our first season of the Championship. As for Mark Wilson, the season where he played the most games we finished the highest in 50 years, not bad to say he was a central player for us that season.

James O'Connor had a brilliant season, but we lacked a CB and he played well for a few games, JOC never vocally spoke out about his position switch and I think it comes down to him as a person over SOD. Ten men? You make your assumption based on one game, we played against a very prolific Burnley side with 10 men and got a draw when we were struggling. Then again we lost 1-0 away to Birmingham who had 10 men as well, really bad isn't it...

Firstly Im studying Politics, id like to become a teacher, but im hoping it will also uncover other possibilities. I worked hard in school to earn my place so call me what you like, im proud of what I achieved.

Fourth; you can't get student discount, I do benefit from young adult ticket prices at most grounds but I can't help bieng under 21, not the next year anyway.
