Dioufs goal

That has to be one of our greatest goals.. 30 passes and a good header, we raved about the passes against qpr with no end product, today we got a goal at the end.
Surprised its not been mentioned how good it was

I agree, a very good goal and 10 v [strike]12[/strike] 11. Djiouf was class, a well taken goal.

Did anyone else think it was a really weird moment when he scored? nobody seemed to react for ages after it rippled the back of the net, and then everyone went mental a good 20 seconds later.

Just watched it on te FLS, they showed the cross and the header, I don't know why we bother!

I think the delayed reaction was disbelief.

I thought our support was brilliant yesterday, especially second half, special praise for the drummer who really kept the momentum going.

Was really proud to be a rovers fan at the final whistle, to say we played for 10 men for so long, I thought the team were fantastic in the second half, and kept going until the end.

Let's hope for a change of luck on Tuesday!

I thought our support yesterday was appauling. 1v0 to Bristol's school kids in the singing department.

Second half drum seemed pointless as no Rovers fan sang with it and the Bristol fans made use of it to increase their atmosphere.

possibly an issue with the 'red army' chant when we're playing a team in red?

Isn't our support usually appauling? Only decent atmosphere I recall from this season was at Peterborough.

Interesting again re different opinions. I thought our support was excellent second half. Pissed the Bristol fans off (i wqas watching them) who weren't much to shout about to say they were 2-0 up most of the game. They were quite for long periods. Our numbers weren't great but enough made a good effort. We sang nearly ALL of the second half.

And 20 secs as the time between Djioufs goal and our reaction is a silly exageration, by about 20x!!!

That was intended  it felt like absolutely ages though.
