Yes, sad news.
The Plank I think will be the thing he'll be most remembered for.
I saw him out with his wife in Nottinghill not so long ago, maybe two or three years back. I said Aye-up Eric! But I don't think he could hear, he gave me a big smile as we passed. He did look very frail then, poor chap.
