Of course you'll be using your VPN connection to download torrents, otherwise you can expect a solicitor's letter through the door demanding a ridiculous amount for pirating it (and yeah it may not happen for just one thing, but if you use torrents without VPN it will happen eventually.)
Got to say that I dont think there is any better way of getting fit than cycling, I commute to work and back, 12 miles each way, which saves me a lot of money and is often as quick as driving.

Best fitness advice - consume less calories than you use....Simplistic I know, but it is what I have been doing for the past year or so and I have lost almost 8 stone. No fad diets, no workout plan, just a healthy sensible diet and regular exercise (walking to and from work and taking up running). Simples.
Worked for me, I last 4 stone in about 3 months just through getting off the tube a couple of stops early and then walking to and from work, swimming a couple of mornings a week and eating only a very small amount in the weekday evenings. Now I'm just careful to eat better less junk, more home cooked meals.The difficult bit for me was deciding I really wanted to do it.I take the point about dehydration, I've put about half a stone back, so possibly there was a bit of that but I've been at this level for above six months so I think it's job done now.
