What about an incentive to get the crowds up to the mark we wan't them to be,every time the crowd hits say nine thousand,each supporter get's a pound on a voucher or card to either save towards a season ticket,or to spend in the club shop,for season ticket holders they get say two quid for nine thousand-pay on the day supporters a quid-ten thousand crowd season ticket holder three quid-pay on the day two quid,and it goes on the same way as it goes up,this idea would encourage the supporter and also the club doesn't lose because it could only be spent on season tickets or club shop purchases-is this a crack pot idea or could it work?

I for one keep putting forward ideas and even though I think some of them are "winners" they rarely see the light of day

You have (commendably) suggested a way to raise crowds but it is probably a bit beaurocratic - and I cannot see the Club / SMC being able to administer it as effectively as they would need to

We are still potentially in between regimes (Stadium ownership wise) but between them we are talking about a joint organisation that cannot / does not update their own Web Site(s) as often as they should AND cannot satisfy people on here by systematic publication of its own Half Time Draw Competition *

* I have to give credit to the Lottery though as it IS systematically drawn and publicised

So in answer I think it could be done BUT wont be due to the "work" involved

Theres one being trialled now,
 which reminds me I've got to nip up to reception to have my latest purchases put on as the terminal in the shop wasn't working the other week
