have just received an e-mail from the club that this firm are our betting partner.
now i have never heard of these bookmakers.
are they local ?
are they affiliated to other football teams ?

yes filo , they are bet brokers not bookmakers.
they have an 0333 telephone number which could or may not be in the uk.
they are registered with the uk gambling commission but don't take bets themselves
they get their profit by charging a 3% commission to everyone  [ like a betting exchange ] but their website gives no clue where they exist.
