I would recommend directing any subscribers having issues to the FAQs section of the relevant Player site. E.G.

As you know we have introduced a link under the DVR functionality within the Live commentary section of Player, that allows users to change between the DVR player and last season’s non DVR player. This should help iron out any browser issues fans are still experiencing in the live environment and works exactly as it did last year. See image below where link is.
Apologies for using a Sheff Utd example !

No, I don't think so. What they are saying is that investigation is continuing but try this as it may help. Badly worded I know!
