I was expecting Raving Reporter to have posted by now, reminding us yet again how skint he reckons the club are.

How can the club be skint? Watson worth 300 plus million and is as much a fan as JR is...goes most away games as well which is more than I do!

The club are also making money out of stadium circa £200k

What has a shareholders personal wealth got to do with whether the club is skint or well off?

Did the club not know you were going to do that?

It was a Press statement, why would I have to tell them where I was putting it?
I was just wondering why you are receiving and releasing press statements before they appear on the club's website. I wasn't aware you had carte blanche to do that. Isn't that the job of the media office?

The job of the media office is to release press statements which they did. I'm not sure what you mean by carte blanche, to do what? If you mean the authority to publicise the press statement then yes we have. The only occasion not to do so immediately would be if a press statement was embargoed, which this one wasn't.

I don`t know why you bother Martin, you get slated for not keeping us informed and now you get slated for keeping us informed, you just can`t win, can you? Seeing as it appears that a non VSC member seems to be complaining, maybe you should post these kind of things in the members section.

That`s not a pop at the many vlued non members that contribute to this forum by the way

I wasn't slating anybody, and certainly not SM, who I think does a good job. The only point I was trying to make is that press statements should appear first on DROS otherwise it undermines the work of the media office. If you are saying they were slow off the mark, then fair enough.

It's up to the club who they release statements to. I believe press statements go to all the press (bbc, sky etc).

Dick Watson and JR love the club (people underestimate DW) and are worth millions plus we are making money on stadium.

Dick Watson stated cost him a £1 m that experiment so not too shabby a contribution.

Technically suppose your right.

As fans we should also sing Dick and Terrys names. Atm its only JR who gets the chants when the truth is all three of them should. JR couldn't of got us to the championship on is own. Nor could he get us back. So if you read this Dick,Terry, John thanks.

I always assumed it may be a choice between copps return and us signing hume permanently - to be able to have both in the squad is great news!! I trust sainders will sign well to, his signings have been top draw this season!!

Things on the Up at the moment and all things positive at the keepmoat! My only gripe is I would love to see a bit more of sammy clingan on the pitch!! He's signed a contract extension now aint he? Along with griffin?
