Mr Croft's Home shirt designs 2013/14
« on January 29, 2013, 01:21:10 pm by Mr1Croft »
Nicking the idea from Skellow of creating an organised thread to put my home shirt designs in for you vote on a top 3. Same goes for the away shirts which I'll upload later.

Shirt 1: Predominantly Thick Red hoops and thin white hoops with a V neck collar with a little detail (ignore the stars)

Shirt 2: A different look to the shirt but with equal red and white hoops.

Shirt 3: A Classical Red and White hooped shirt going all the way round with a black collar and black detail on the shoulders.

Shirt 4: Thick red hoops and thin white hoops with one thick white hoop for the sponsors logo.

Shirt 5: Loosely based on the 01/02 shirt with a small gold line on each hoop.

Shirt 6: With gold being the dominant colour on our badge I've tried to introduce as the trim for this shirt.

Shirt 7: Another attempt at a gold trim with golden thin stripes over the red and white hoops.

Shirt 8: Another shirt with white shoulders and a red shirt with 3 thin white hoops

Shirt 9: Another stylish take on the hoops, with white under the arms and down the sides, and red sleeves.

Shirt 10: Similar to the classic above but with 1879 scrawled continuously over the white hoops

Shirt 11: A simple red and white hooped shirt with a bigger black viking to the bottom left of the shirt.

Shirt 12: Same as 11 but with a silver viking to give a slightly different effect:

Shirt 13: A Wild card as tribute to 10 seasons in the football league:

The more I look at number 3 the better it gets.  I would walk to Donny from my office in Brighton to buy that!!

Some nice shirts there MrCroft. 3, 5 & 6 are my favourites. I must admit that I really don't like the faded image of our emblem on some of the shirts!

Cheers Chris, unfortunately it all comes down to personal preference, for example I dislike 1, but I know some people have been asking for bigger red hoops and smaller white ones.

Glad you like it Belle Vue Ghost, its the one I'm most warmed too!

I quite like 3, 5 and 6 (minus the feint gold sash).

Prefer the simpler designs the better. Not keen on them being too busy and full of different colours. Red and white with a bit of black or gold trim is enough for me.

1, 5 and 8 for me; although something quite different about 4 as well (but it didn't make the final cut).

5 is my favourite, although Mr C gives it that final touch with the white collar. Most impressive.

3, 5 and 6. Nice and simple, sleek and modern. I don't usually like collars but 5 looks really good. Must echo that I don't like the emblem being set into the designs like that, we already have a badge on the shirt and having another seems a bit much to me. I appreciate that you're trying to offer something different though, and I really like the three I selected, would buy them in a heartbeat.

Just the 2 for me. 5 & 6.

I don't like black trim on our home shirts... Like the idea of gold trim though. Gold to celebrate our L1 title.

(I wouldn't have the gold sash thing on No.6 though. Not needed.

Pretty good though.

The badge in the shirt was done by another team in the last couple of years (Millwall I think) when the Lion appeared in white so I tired to replicate that, I'm not so sure I like it myself although I prefer it in silver rather than black...

I really like 1,3 and 5. 5 would be great if it had a gold collar instead of white. Have you tried that Crofty?

Living in Manchester, people of have often asked 'which Rugby league team is that?' when wearing my shirt around. 1, 3 and 5 have a real football shirt look about them rather than some we'v had in past seasons.

Good work anyway. Im going to use 3 for my graphics kit on Football manager. ( :
