Dear sm would it be possibly for some info on when where meant to be gettin the personalised team pic as part of the ultimate package for season ticket holders please , i understand in the grand scheme of things this is rather a small thing but any info would be appreciated due to my son currently going on about when he is going to get his and put it on his bedroom wall . thanks in advance for any info
