I'm even more amazed by his "justification", you can't call it an apology.

He admits in retrospect that they may have been ill judged.

To be fair Debs, he's an Independent.

All those who slag off politicians of mainstream parties should remember that "Independent" usual means "Absolute f**king raving nutter sociopath."

Sadly BST there seems to be a seperate breed that spreads cross party, one that has no care for the weak, infirm,poor or old. I don't think there is much to call in many of them. 
I'm amazed it took so long to become public tbh.
