Attendance v tranmere
« on April 05, 2013, 12:19:13 am by godlike1 »
So now we are getting close to the final hurdle with people getting very giddy about the final game against brentford and our very good win against Swindon last mon do we think the public of donny are going to come out in force and start backing the team to the end?

Big game and another big performance needed as I don't think tranmere will be any pushover at all and it could be another 1-0 either way. Hopefully to us obviously.

I'm guessing at at around 1000 extra home fans from last mon and a decent tramere following so a slightly dissapointing 9500

Knowing the Donny public , it will all depend on how may freebies the club have given out.  :(

At the moment the East and West have sold pretty well, nothing much but front one or two rows left except right in the corners and the overflow bit is still closed (actually surprises me that I'd have thought they'd open a bit more up there given the rest of the sides seem pretty full.

South has loads of seats left though so I can see why not.  Hopefully we'll get above 9000 tomorrow.

8106 last Monday vs Swindon came as quite a pleasant surprise to me with the game being on Sky and Easter can be a busy and expensive period.

In an ideal world 10000+ would be very nice but I think between 8500-9000, if we beat Tranmere and Carlisle, then hopefully we'll get the 10000+ vs Notts County, also with it being our last home game of a very good season.

9.5-10,000 disappointing?????

Anything over 8000 is an improvement over the season average - I will guess 8,500 to 9,500 but will be delighted if there are more.

To be honest, I don't really care about the attendance - I'll be there and I am more bothered about the performance and the result.

Been told Tranmere are bringing around a 1,000 so that's a 1,000 up on gate.I think it will be around the 8,500 to 9,000 mark.

just had a nose at the online seat allocation on the km website. most of central area in west stand is unavailable with the exception of the block nearest nw corner. most of east stand is unavail or v limited seats. plenty left in ss though.

Plenty of roll ups usually buy in the South though from what I've noticed, especially in important games.

I wouldn't pay much attention to that, as they don't release all the available seats online.

Who's to say they won't double that with pay on the day fans?

Plus, putting aside revenue arguments, who cares?  The attendance particularly how many away fans come is much less important than the performance...

Sorry, I meant it in the sense that they're not 'proper' scousers, as opposed to not proper fans.
