London Marathon

For anyone on here who knows me (and those who don't), I'm running the London Marathon on 21st April in aid of the British Lung Foundation in memory of my dad. If you would like to sponsor me you can do so here...

Cheers!

Good luck Dave, you'll be fab!!

Because you are nice, you won't mind me hijacking your thread to say that I am running the Brighton Marathon at the weekend, and I when I say running, I mean crawling kicking and screaming....  I am running for Martin House Childrens Hospice, an amazing local charity.

If anyone wants to donate you can do so on justgiving: www.justgiving.com/jennyleebrighton2013 or by texting JENB63 £X 70070

Knowing how much training you've done Gary, I think it'll be the other way round!!

Shameless little bump

Kit is all washed and packed, sounds strange but I am genuinely excited, I am sure the nerves will kick in at some point tomorrow!

Gutted I can't be at Crewe, but I have children's lives to make better, if anyone wants to donate you can do so here:

And to just put it into context, running saved my life, from this at Wembley

To this

My life is 100% better, even a few quid will help make a child who is unlikely to make their adult years slightly more bearable.

Massive good luck to both Dave & Gary next week as well - two guys who have shown me it is possible!!

Good luck Jenny!!  We'll be rooting for you.

Massive respect for all you long distance runners.  I'm training for a half marathon in October that I'm running with my daughter and people from work, and boy are my shins and legs sore some days.
