Jay Emmanuel Thomas is leaving Ipswich, surplus to requirements...he seemed pretty awesome if a little lazy when he was here before. However I remember him ripping us to shreds with Blackpool at the Keepmoat once. Worth a punt?

I don't no. It hasn't quite worked out for him at Ipswich, he'll be looking for another Championship club...must have enjoyed his spell here

He`s too lazy and would n`t fit into our style of grafting for a result, has talent and if he`d have applied himself better over the years he might still be with Arsenal instead of being a Championship journeyman

Cotterill's hardly the kind of guy you'd find down the mines either...

Allan Clarke was too. ;)

I had a couple of college mates who supported the Dingles and I went to a few of their games while Clarke was their manager,he did a good job keeping them in the championship with no money.Anyway,I noticed all their goals seemed to be headers from crosses/corners and after he left Barnsley,he helped with training at Rovers for a while as a favour for Bremner and low and behold,we started scoring more goals and they was mostly headers from crosses.Players like Turnbull,Bruno Jones benifiting,It was nice to see at the time because we had previously been pretty poor at scoring headers.

I would hope that 'our style' would have to be changed to compete in the Championship Filo though.
