Watch for Furman, Smith and Baxter poppi ng up at the Keepmoat, he also has good contacts at Man City who have some very good young players available on loan. Looking forward to seeing how he does with Flynn to help and Jones to keep the dressing room going.

Brian Horton might be a good idea as assistant, been ther and done it.

you're supposed to be uttlery grief-stricken, post some witless, gloom-laden crap, make up an arbitrary and ridiculously short "trial period" after which you may be kind enough to condescend to give your definitive decision on the appointment based largely on the quality of performance rather than results and threaten to do, well, nothing of any consequence if things don't turn out entirely to your personal satisfaction

Why give him as long as that, Herman? If the FA can relegate the Belles after just 1 game, surely Paul can get us promoted after 1, cant he?
