Anyone know a decent Decorator with competive rates who I can contact.

After our living room gutting/ redecorating now that the kids are old enough not to spill shit all over every two minutes and have ceased writing on the walls.

Currently papered with Dado rail halfway up the wall. Paper will require removal, Dado rail and skirting is wood stained but want this painting white, coving/ ceiling (artexed) to repaint and also room re-papered.
