A question for the SC fans
« on November 12, 2013, 10:36:20 am by donnygav93 »
Now ive been tossing and turning since Saturday i didn't realize John Ryan had resigned after seeing all the topic's on here Friday and Saturday morning i avoided this place

Anyhow the reason ive started this

with the sc deal going ahead what would be a state of the club in the terms of youth development at the moment we have Brian Flynn working alongside the management team aiming to get us academy status

 http://www.doncasterroversfc.co.uk/news/article/academy-reaching-the-grade-1103824.aspx

Now as i read it this would have been a priority for the km2 plus John Ryan to potentially get players like James Husband through the system to play first team football (nothing better than a local lad playing for you)

Now before i get called out as anti John Ryan i saw him on Saturday and said thank you for everything

in the same hand i have absolutely nothing against terry i mean he thrown 7 million of his money into the club not even being a fan but i cant understand why a man of many 100's of millions would want to make money like some on here think

It would be interesting to see what some people believe what would happen to the reserve team and academy ?

I'm not sure Husband came through the system or is local. He's Leeds scum isn't he?

Picking players up at 16 isn't really using our system to produce them is it.

but producing an academy with which has been backed by the f.a and premier league would enable us to get these players in earlier instead of them going to other clubs leeds, sheff utd

Would you like a few more straws to clutch gaz ?

Can't understand why a businessman worth millions would want to make money? Probably because that's what he does for a living!

Some on here have suggested on here that he's retired, but according to what he said on Radio Sheffield when asked if he was going to take up the Chairmans mantle, he said "Well I'm a busy man has already said" Don't think its pruning his roses in the backyard do you?

Which, if you believe his frequent absence at the km, explains why he's busy most Saturdays...
