Club Shop

Yesterday the club shop refused to accept the £5 voucher given at the beginning of the season due to the problem with the new shirts not being ready.  It was deemed a good gesture by the club.  My question is why has the voucher a 'use by' date which I hadn't noticed and , of course, I was at the front of the queue so didn't want to argue too much with the staff. Does anyone know who I can take this up with.

I suggest that you pop in if you're local and ask to see the manager when the shop is quieter than a match day.
Ensure you have your receipt and said shirt and discuss it nicely with him. I'm sure it can be sorted out for you.

Or alternatively, go into the shop in typical Donny fashion, shout the odds but without any evidence to back up your arguments, abuse the manager and leave empty handed after shouting how the club is a disgrace and you are never coming back. Slowly drag knuckles across car park.
