Ipswich's halftime sub warm-up.

I was very impressed to see them doing that full workout in the halftime break, I always find it a little pointless when ours come out in the break and just have a kickabout and a laugh.  I wouldn't mind if it helped them to pick out a pass and to bring down the ball with one touch but on yesterdays performance it's clearly not helping.

At least by doing a decent workout we'd see them doing something for the thousands of pounds they get in a week ............... had most of us had a day at work like our team did yesterday we'd be on the dole now

Yes I must admit I had a similar reaction. Just kicking a ball around to "your mate (s)" is hardly good preparation for coming off the bench

And they did a full warm up and then went cold and stiff sat on the bench! (I know cold and stiff don't usually go together)
