I'm still convinced that my good mate, Jonathan and I were repsonsible for Simon Ireland signing for us. We sat behind Sammy Chung in the Main Stand watching a reserves game one night and kept saying in deliberatly loud tones that Simon Ireland at Mansfield was a great player who always caused us problems and that we'd love to see him in a Rovers shirt.

Sorry about that, Sammy. Bit of a donkey, wasn't he?
