Must win game against the dingles?
« on February 10, 2014, 11:38:22 pm by godlike1 »
Is my thought, although if sharps red card stands we will be left very short of attacking threat up front

Winning would put us 10points ahead of them which would be a 4 point cushion should they win their 2 games in hand

How many points do people think will be needed to survive and will we get them? I think it's going to go down to the wire and I'm not convinced by a long way that we are safe yet

I know we had an ok run going before last sat but it's going to take more than that to avoid the drop starting with this must win game

I think it's the next two that are must win, not just Saturday. We win both these we add an extra 6 points and basically relegate Barsley and Yeovil.

If we were to win both these games I think we could start planning to be in the championship next season.

However we lose both these and are right ban I deep trouble again.

A Fancy a 2-2 draw i know we've been tight defensively, but i've got a feeling this game will be wide open,i think we'll beat Yeovil away one nil,we've got to get as many three points at home, and also pick up at least a draw or even nick a few wins away,i'm confident we'll be okay

Allternatively, we must not lose.
We might be disappointed with two draws but that would stop either of them gaining ground at our expense.
We could then look forward to Richie's return and Billy almost being back.
Let's just take one game at a time. We do look far stronger defensively now than any of our nearest rivals.
A clean sheet means a point and however poor you play you always get a chance or two at the other end. I think that 50 points should be the magic total to aim at. :scarf:

I think if wee keep it tight like we have been they are susceptible to late goals. Hopefully Forrester will be fit, that will be a big positive.

A minimum four points from the next two games. Definitely want to remain unbeaten.

Do Barnsley have Frimmy and Mellis suspended for Saturday? They are two i think could be a big miss for them! I fancy us to beat Barnsley 3-0 and I think Yeovils confidence must be rock bottom after Saturday.

Frimpong will be back but Mellis is still suspended.

We have got to be aiming to win both games. Although a draw wouldnt be the end of the world. You need to be beating the teams around you. Especially at home

Perhaps the most important game of the season so far and being without arguably 2 of the most influential players isn't perfect. That said we still have a very good defence now, and other good midfield players, could just do with Browny putting a couple in.
Scrappy game with Rovers 2-1 winners.

He might be back but can he stay on the pitch for 90 minutes?
