Shout out to the manager! After that 5-0 defeat to Bournemouth we've now bounced back and picked up 10 points from a possible 12 and were now unbeaten in 8 at home!

Judging by our performance against Forest and how Dickov/Wellens has said we'll be sitting deeper hopefully we might get a bit of form away from home coming up aswell. He's a young manager and he seems to be learning bit by bit, hopefully he can become a great manager for us!

He's learning. Deserves a lot of credit for that. Keep it up.

It's too easy to just apportion blame on a manager, we were doing ok, we are still doing ok, ups and downs was always going to be the way this season.

We have bounced back well and credit to him and the team because that Bournemouth game was disgusting so it speaks volume about the teams character these last 4 games. The next big task is this away form because our home form has been good we need to keep it tight like against Forest and try and get that vital away win in one of the games next week and build on that.

Dickov's done very well this season, especially with his signing's. He's always improving tactically also, that 5-0 was a big and important lesson

There was NO one who could see us getting a great run like this after Bournmouth . I wanted change if only to prove but was PD to blame . But the  TEAM reacted and PD had to be given the respect of proving all us doubters wrong . May I suggest we start next season with a thumping and take it from There. !!

Agree he's still learning. He's still a relative novice and don't forget he only got his coaching badge at the start of the season. He's conducted himself very well and, all being well, he'll will achieve his prime objective.

He's shown he's not frightened to change things around and when he switched Quinn to CB he admitted his mistake in not doing it earlier. I'm sure we hope he'll continue to develop and providing he can secure the services of key players he, with the help of the board, can add in even more quality in the summer without having to break the bank.

69 Maybe not as good a run as we've had,but it shouldn't be too much of a surprise,it's ''The Nature of the Championship Beast'',it's the weirdest league in the world, things turn for better or worse so quickly,Dickov needed to play away like that earlier in the season, not so much defensive, but not chasing the game, pressing high up,the home team have to go for the win,use what you have to pick them off.

Wellens stated that they all got there heads together after the Bournemouth game and agreed that pressing too far up the pitch just exposed the defenders and doing the opposite away was more effective ( Saunders any one) and could frustrate the home team more. Wellens Copps Cotts all have to play to PDs game plan , but there comes a point usually when you've conceded that you need to change by then the initiative has shifted and your forced to press and it just goes from bad to worse . This change in tactics has brought about good Results and confidence has grown because players are having a say on tactics ( So'D anyone) it's collective experience and trust is the reason that you bring those players in first place so allow the captain to do HIS job and adapt on the pitch its what makes a TEAM. Burnley will under estimate us on Tuesday but to Take advantage , Billy need to bring his A game and take his chances with more conviction . 4 matches and barely a sub used shows that it's the team on the pitch making the decision now and it's working . PD can take the credit he's part of the TEAM

Senior players like Wellens and Copps have to be the link between the manager and the players. They should be involved in decision making.
