He's brought in some brilliant players (Meite, Tamas, Turnbull, Sharp, Wellens, etc), players who shouldn't be getting relegated and we've managed to f**k that up. He's young and played some decent football but he's been naive so many times and he's not addressed the fact we've got one player who can pass in the centre at any point and now were paying for that. I usually like managers to be given time but he's let us down and has to go.

Sharp has been poor but we set up to play to Brown. Sharp became redundant and got frustrated. His sending off was his fault and for that he should take some of the blame.

I'm inclined to see what next weekend brings before rushing to judgement on PD's future as manager. That said, I think we all know what will happen and I would be very surprised if there's a happy ending.

Quite simply, the players, the manager, the coaching staff and the board have all been out of their depth this season. A club the size of DRFC can only survive in this division if everyone is giving it 100% all of the time and pushing in the same direction. That just hasn't been the case this time around.
