Doncaster ripe for the plucking!
« on May 26, 2014, 07:02:56 pm by Sprotyrover »
Well get ready Nigel Farage is set to  fight for Ed Millibands seat. How can this be!
Well your average working Joe in Donny gets a job in a factory in the town ,he has had to do this through an agency, and he has to work for the minimum wage.
First day at work  he is shocked as all of the shop floor is Polish, he has a Polish name courtesy of his Grandad. he is shown the machine he is to work on and having worked on similar machines he sees that the safety guards are missing he tells the foreman who says"sorry pal it's your Polish workmates they have taken the guards off to work faster by the way you will only achieve your quota without them." Joe starts work, it's insanely fast and he's worried about losing his concentration,at the end of his shift the foreman asks him to work 6 hours overtime, at plain time, Joe wants to make a good impression so he agrees.he does do and is completely knackered during the shift one of his workmates gets his hand caught in a machine and is sent to get treatment at hospital.
The following morning Joe asks about the injured Pole, The foreman states he's been laid off ,Joe speaks to some of his workmates and is told that if you get injured you get a call from the agency  and you are laid off.
Later on Joe is seen my the foreman,"Sorry kid I will have to let you go, you can't keep up with the Poles"!

This is a reality in the sweatshops which have sprung up around the county, the deterioration in working conditions and Safety standards hasn't come about since the last Election,it has happened on the Labour Parties watch.
Voters have come to realise this and Labour will pay dearly for it.

I'm not sure he will stand here but they are planning a PR stunt, launching their manifesto in the town.

The manifesto was always going to be launched in Doncaster, their Party conference is at the racecourse in September, it's been booked in for about 6 months now, it's old news dressed up to sound like it's something they've decided on the back of the election results. I'll give Farage one thing, he knows how to play the gullible British public.

Apparently Nige standing against Milliband has been something he's been considering for a long time. Hence the conference in Donny and the launch of their manifesto. Nige standing is the next logical step. He is very confident he can win.

If UKIP want to make more progress in Donny, they probably ought to be trying to recruit Peter Davies.

Davies might be able to boost their election budget at the races whilst they are there too.
