top guy and WAS an excellent player for us, wouldnt even consider him with his injury problems though

Was a big player for us but certainly wouldn't want him back here after his recent injuries, he was never blessed with pace so can imagine the game will just pass him by now.

Never needed pace with his class in my opinion, with the right players alongside him he would open any defence in this league, something we have not had since he left.

He was only allowed the time before because Richie was his minder. But we could not have both in our midfield now, we need young legs to assist either of them.

Both Wellens & Stock complimented each other in arguably the best midfield we have ever had & I reckon we could have accommodated both with young legs in with them.

He hasn't been injured for 2 years. His backs sorted.

And donnyosmand your right he's been injury free and glass back rumour is b*llocks he had an op what sorted that it's not reoccurring
