Key Incidents vs PV

Bennett gave the ball away on the right hand side very sloppily allowing PV to counter, why did neither he nor Wabara track Marshall? Wabara did eventually but it was all too late. I think there was time for him to get goal side if he spotted the danger earlier. Even the other members of the team, realising we had men commited forward, should have been more cynical and broke up the attack by giving a free kick away and stopping the break. The percentage of yellow cards on the Prem for "professional fouls" is very high, this is because the top players have a higher situational awareness and spot danger earlier.
There was an incident at 1-0 where Bennett was 1 on 1 with the PV keeper and knocked the ball past him far too heavily, surely realising this, with the keeper flying towards him, he could have manufactured some contact? I'm not saying dive but you can make sure the keeper fouls you.
These are just two examples of situations that with a bit better speed of thought things could have ended differently. Every player will give the ball away or take a heavy touch but it's how you respond to the mistakes that makes the difference.

Having seen the highlights on tv it looked like Wabarra had a bit of a 'mare to me. Dont know what he was thinking for their first goal.
