FFS will someone, anyone just explain in plain English what this stuff about Companies House all means, rather than skirting around the issue?

Bump...

Wes, you seem to have a bee in your bonnet when it comes to John Ryan. IMO the man is a legend BUT he's let himself and the club/fans down the past 2-3 seasons, to the point where you have to take anything he says with a pinch of salt. He's admitted that an offshore company was behind the last failed takeover yet at the time categorically stated that there was no third party involved (actually 4th party). Says he quit to focus on MYA - at half time at the barnsley game? Funny thing to do. The man has painted himself into a corner. Much as I respect JR for what he did for Rovers, he's been the architect of his own downfall and seems to think that people will not question his wisdom because of him saving the club. It's all a bit tacky IMO. And sad, given what was achieved under his leadership. The club is bigger than one person. There's no ego stroking here, no chortling, and no gloating. If you care to actually look behind the pearly whites, what actually went down often showed contempt for the fans, especially those there during the darkest hours of our club. This chapter is coming to a close now and I'm looking forward to a future that's not splashed all over Facebook or half baked get rich quick schemes.

Yes, the owners might not be media hogs and prefer to go about their Business quietly, and that's not to everyone's taste. But I'll take that over the past two summer's embarrassments.

The stuff re Companies House means nothing. There hasn't been an annual return filed yet and it could be about 8 weeks before it is done. Until then we won't know that JR has sold his shares.

I'm sure that's plain enough English rather than people talking in riddles trying to pretend that they know something.

Yes thank you Jenny, I did guess folks were hinting that JR had or hadn't yet sold his shares, but couldn't tell which one folks meant.
