Come on PD is consistent?

Consistently shite! For every game he wins, he'll lose two. The stats don't lie and clearly shows that the guy is not cut out for this game. Oldham fans have been right all along.

We only lose around 4 times out of ten. I'll take that.

But that's roughly 18 losses over the course of a full season. Teams with that many losses usually finish in lower mid-table.

That's us then.

Maybe, which to me equates to a poor season for this football club.

In recent history, yes. Since 1879, no.

He's improved 1.63 % though maybe it's all those reactions after a defeat that's done it. ;)

I'm talking about now, in League One with what we have relative to others. That record in the Championship would be more than acceptable.

With the target and resources PD has had, he has failed to deliver. Granted the Summer was a fiasco. Top 6 finish should have been achievable. Give PD to end of season, then let go. He can't motivate players and tactically clueless.

He has largely a squad he had in the Championship last year and is delivering not much more despite being a league lower.  He's also had the ability to bring in whatever he wanted.  He's also wasted money at times on players who've proven not to be good enough.  His more recent signings have not been as good - Uche, Clark-Harris and Razak have been three wastes this year, yet a striker he paid over 6 figures for is scoring goals at Scunthorpe...

acko, those players would have left anyway. The players who came in should have done a better job, and been better motivated by PD to perform to their max, which hasn't happened enough this season. CEO's target was promotion day after relegation, and supported PD to be the man to take Rovers back into the Championship. He was backing a loser.

It seems some would prefer to forget that dickos and who caused it .
Bfyp you are comparing apples with oranges...if you are going to use a comparison at least be correct as you do PD a disservice.
