Can anyone help me out? My access is denied to Rovers Player yet I renewed by credit card, has anyone got a blasted phone number for the right department as I have now sent 4 emails with no reply.

I go straight through Rovers Player.

 I have even tried to pay again but it doesn't let me. All I need is a contact number so I can talk to a person,but I can't find one, is that too much to ask for?

when i had problems with it i rang the media team and they sorted it

Have you tried uninstalling it and downloading again worked for me.If not ring rovers media team

You could also try using your e mail address instead of your username when logging in

I did get in touch with Tom Biltcliffe in the Media Team who was excellent and the problem should be sorted for tomorrows game.

Just so everyone knows the people that run Rovers Player does not accept Pay and there lies my problem. My fingers are crossed for the game tomorrow.

 I hope its just me but so far I am not impressed with the new operators of the site.

Tom from the media team has been very helpful.

Spike has already said there is a doubt that Rovers player is compatible with windows10 and the problem I have is that they do not accept Paypal payments.

Lets hope its just teething troubles.

Its now Monday and the website will not allow me to renew.

I am not impressed with the new setup.
