We've no idea about burtons budget or potential

Well going from FFP you normally can base it on attendances and such and seeing as they struggle to get more than 4,000 for home games, unless their chairman is gifting them a large amount I'd say we've got a bigger budget.

I don't think you can go solely on gates and ffp, look at Bournemouth, even Rotherham will have a massive budget this year
