I have to say, I'm very surprised at this one. He's always made noises that's he's not interested in management now and wanted a director of football type role, if anything. Even more surprised given he lives down in Cornwall

b*llocks. When I heard he was rumoured to be getting the job I wasn't happy. I genuinely think he'll keep them up.

It's like Bet Lynch marrying Mick Jagger.....who do you feel most sorry for?

Neither would get no satisfaction.

Nice analogy but neither is quite sufficiently physically repulsive.

More like Pete Burns marrying Beatrice Dalle.

It's hardly a lost cause, they are only 3 points off safety aren't they? Unfortunately a new manager usually provides a bit of early momentum (look at us with DF). He could get them out of it for another year.

Longer term though, I can only see the inevitable taking place. Similar to us, they just don't have the resources and supporter base to sustain it more than a few seasons.

They might not be pretty to watch, but he fill the side with experienced battlers, they will be tough to be and very organised. Set pieces will be key as always with a Warnock side, now what's Clint Hill upto, he needs some 'Youthful enthusiasm'!.
