Ryan does a great job engaging with the fans, don't think anyone can doubt that.

Just seems to be the simple stuff that gets overlooked sometimes

He might do a great job engaging with the fans. He certainly appears to have a problem generating potential new ones however.

Really ???? he doesn't engage with me...The thing he seems to like doing best is his comedy routines on twitter with various outside groups who have little to do with Rovers, which I wouldn't mind at all as its all part of the game,But  the same effort has to be put into promoting Rovers  which as marketing manager is his job...
The way I look at things is that mistakes happen, things get missed that's life/business nobodys perfect but when your told about them and still it appears that nobody can be arsed to either explain why or do anything about it then it smacks of "cant be arsed attitude"

Here's a simple one. Post both on Facebook and Twitter that tickets are a tenner. Anyone who shares it goes into a prize draw to win free tickets for the next game. I share it on fb 500 people see it. Same happens with other people. Then word of mouth and so on and so on.

I tweeted DRFC official twitter. Nothing back. Problem was you're limited to words on twitter.

Unfortunately I agree with you. The bloke thinks he's a comedian and is massively irritating.

The Twitter account is embarrassing at times.
