Quite historically bad.
As far as I can see, we've only done it 12 times before in our history
2008/09
1997/98 (8 on the bounce)
1990/91
1970/71
1961/62
1958/59 (one run of 8 and one run of 6)
1957/58 (7 on the bounce)
1935/36 (7 on the bounce)
1931/32 (7 on the bounce)
1904/05 (one run of 9, one of 7)
Lose on Monday and it will be the equal 4th worst run of defeats in our history. And 2 of the three worse ones were in seasons which still stand in the all-time annals of historically bad Football League performances.
I'm not one for shouting for managers' heads but I'm struggling to see how Ferguson could survive a defeat on Monday.

If we keep Fergie, we might make an unwanted record this season, for the most defeats in a row.

If he stays until after Monday we are down. The only way we have a chance of beatin Blackpool is if he goes now. HE HAS CLEARLY LOST THE PLAYERS. I was there today and it was obvious, even COPPS when subbed went straight down the tunnel and avoided DF.
No he wasn't injured. He was angry.

Copps is probably hurting as to what is happening to the club he loves, and knows who is to blame.

Probably part time players, rest of the time down the mines. I don't think the current crop have any excuses of having do another job.
