Why are they a joke club Crippy?I thought they'd had a really good season and have improved immensely the last couple of years

In most cases, professional pride and adopting a fighting team-spirit (irrespective of players' views on the boss) comes before a collective plot to deliberately underperform and get the manager sacked.
