What can the manager say  at these meatings, other than exude confidence in his,the backroom staff, and the playing staffs ability to get promotion this season.
Darren knows he has to deliver in the league this season, which he said was his main objective. He came over as  very focussed on this objective, and did say that he had recruited most of his targets, but had other targets(loans I suppose) in the pipe line.
He is keen to build up the playing structure of the club from the bottom up,so must not have been impressed with what existed, and is hoping to put four youngsters out on loan, one to National league and three to N Prem.
What I like about the club now is that it seams much more pro active all round, and is looking to go forward,we need success on the field.
