The benefits will feed through in the next few weeks.Barcode entry? Can't understand this fixation with barcode entry ? A lot of people spent a lot of time and effort persuading the club to introduce pay on the gate. That's the first thing that would disappear.Financially ? It was offered to the club when the Keepmoat was built, but it was one of the things dropped to save costs. Believe me, it would take 25 years to pay the same amount to all the turnstile staff for what it would have cost to install it then. It's also false economics because you would still have to deploy a steward on each turnstile to check people were using the 'right tickets', so you're still paying a match by match salary. It wouldn't make a significant difference in size of the queue, even less so now in the depths of League 2 with the smaller crowds. You also get the friendly banter with the turnstile staff who are usually the font of any questions you need answering. So, I'll ask again. What's with this fascination, does it make us a 'proper bigger' club because of barcode entry or is it more to do with your fascination with attendances ?

Someone I know has a season ticket for Elland Road in his 8 year old nephew's name. He has never had his checked and saves a fortune.
Quote from: Goole Rover on May 21, 2016, 12:55:18 pmAlready bought my ST, wouldn't mind if they introduced the odd match voucher system where you could bring a friend. It would certainly compensate for the slight gripe I feel. To The plan is to provide ST holders with additional benefits form the clubs partners. There'll also be voucher benefits from time to time as well.

I am being promised potentially at least my ST money back in offers throughout the season.....mmmm....believe that when I see it....However as I was always getting a season ticket, as I have for years, not grumbling...just fascinated what these "offers" will be....
Can someone explain to me what you get with a membership? Obviously discounted home games but do you get anything else eg priority for away tickets or anything like that?
Revisiting an old topic here but I've realised that there is no way I can justify the price of a season ticket this season so a membership seems a decent option. One question, no indication of how you get hold of one on the official site - do you have to ring or visit the ticket office in person?
Just an idea, I don't want anything in return for a membership card , but could we push for STH to buy a membership card ? I don't mind paying an extra £10 a year, but for others what kind of small incentive could we push for other STH to join, just an idea for those willing ,and extra income for the club?
Just renewed my membership today. I'm number 296, so I presume they've sold about that. Last year I was number 128, so I think they will more than double the numbers at least.
