Hartlepool Tickets

Just tried buying Hartlepool tickets on the Club Doncaster website. I'm not a regular buyer - normally go away, and if I go to a home game it's with my old man/bought from the TO - but I do have a login. Apparently there are no home tickets currently on sale. This seems a bit unusual to me given we are a week and a half from the game, can anyone enlighten me if in fact they don't go on sale until closer to the game? Thanks.

It has been widely publicised that there is a new ticket system in operation and a new URL to buy them. Check you are using the correct one. Apologies if this is where you have been

There may be on there but they aren't letting you buy any! Didn't anyone bother testing this system before it went live? I'm not an habitual moaner but this is more money seeping out of the club if it's not sorted.

I think there is a problem, not no tickets on sale..

I get the error message "An error has occurred, please try again later..." but I can buy tickets for subsequent home fixtures.

Just to add to the above - that's the same issue I have been getting. I can access tickets for the other games (eg Orient) but not Hartlepool.

Not sure if it is the right way to deal with this, but I PM'd the SLO to ask the club.

I had emailed the ticket office - no reply but you can now buy tickets so they have listened to someone and now fixed it.

You can now buy tickets but my security software is now blocking the site's payment page... Grrrrr!
