Been watching these two programmes evey Sunday for last few weeks.

Can't believe what  I see especially in the house renting market.

London seems to be a proper back hole shit hole on this aspect,but I
guess it will happen all over the U.K. to certain extents.

It goes from tenants who have not paid a bean of rent for X amount
of time and the landlords having a mare to get them out costing the landlord thousands upon thousands of pounds by time they have managed to get them out via the courts .then many times the property is left in a very poor state costing more thousands to bring back up to a good standard.

The conditions of what some people,family's live in pure shocking as you would put animals up in that mess.

Love it when the high court enforcement agents  lot knock on the door and they have an hour to get out and the non payment renters for the last X amount of time allways say ' I have kids' knowing to well they have received numerous  court papers that they have gone by eviction dates.

Christ I was renting a room in London where there was numerous other rooms in the house been rented out to all and sundry I certianly
think something was not right.

Looking at some of the shite some of the landlords go through are the lack or slow protection they get from the courts is shocking .

Ok there is iffy and shocking landlords ,but if you live in a shit hole find another nicer shit hole .
