It looked like the Lino had signalled to the ref that someone had been pulled back.

My mate reckons there was an offside player obstructing the keeper's view. It's that ambiguous interfering with play rule. None of the players or fans around me seemed to complain too much though.

Impression I got as well. Not sure we got a lot out of the ref today generally.

Fat Evans was moaning about the ref already. Reckons they should have had a late pen. I thought it looked a good old shoulder barge.

I was a long way from the incident, but it looked to me that the lad was going through and Butler pushed him away with both hands.  I think that we got away with one there.

I saw it perfectly clearly POD, it was an old fashioned shoulder charge, Butler never raised his hands at all.

It looked like the Lino had signalled to the ref that someone had been pulled back.
The best striker in the Football League held back a defender from going for the ball. Didn't matter, one was enough.

NOT if you had a bet on 2-0. The best striker did not have to foul but heigh ho !

I thought Evans was going to have a heart attack today. But I guess he's like that every game.

I hate that man so much.

From my seat on half way on the West it was a clear and forceful push. I was waiting for the whistle to blow for a pen. Amazed the ref waved it away. Got away with that one IMHO.

I thought a coronary was on the cards when he started running down the touchline after the ball.

His reaction was priceless, can not stand the fat git. What made it even sweeter was that it was a stone waller. Lol

It was never a pen in a month of Sundays.
Butler was to strong for their player and the impact was shoulder to shoulder.

Yes, it was a shoulder 'lean' then finished off with a barge after the kid was well away from getting the ball.

Sorry John.

I was peeved because I thought at 2-0 down they would attack us like mad and the Leagues best Striker would then get another 2 to make it 4-0 (and £33 for me). A bit irrational and greedy I suppose but then at home I found by a fluke I had won nearly £50 for 25p on Grand National so I forgave JM !

Judge for yourselves folks... never a pen for me, as per usual Steve Evans mouthing off making a prick of himself again.

I think it's a pen after seeing it again.
